"It used to be so much better. Now it's a toxic environment. The new CEO (officially took over 1/1/2015) is very condescending and difficult to work with. Over the next few months SEVERAL higher ups left because he was horrible to deal with. The CEO even rejected some of their 2-week notices. "If you don't want to be here, we don't want you here. You have 2 days and you're gone.""

"Outside influences- tariffs- led the company to shut down. We were trying to insert an Operations mindset into a company of Sales and Engineering. I really believed it was a promising Green company, but steel was 95% of the solar trackers- they only had 18% margin prior to 25% tarriffs on overseas steel, and they were capital poor."

"Management was so new, and little training provided. Asked for training, and sessions were scheduled and then cancelled. Hiring manager has no logistics experience, and the entire management was too new. Cons: Too many meetings, and you cannot get your work done. Management is too new."

"could have been better, drawings were ok, but engineering support was difficult at best. i would not recommend this job to people with children or families, travel is inconsistent at best."

The hardest part was learning to deal with drug addicted patients. The best part was when treatment worked. Cons: no significant problems."
